Dear Keith,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for a wonderful day of fishing last August. The pictures
arrived on Friday and I was able to share them with the office and my fishing buddy, since he and I headed
for northern Wisconsin this past weekend to close up my summer home.
Our day together was as perfect a day of fun as I have had in a long time. First, the personal attention
of picking me up and delivering me to my door was appreciated. Second, the ability to only have to bring
myself - you provided everything else except the license - was great for a traveler like me who did not
have a lot of extra space in his luggage. Third, everything you did provide was top notch. Your attention
to quality gave me a very comfortable feeling - I never pictured myself having to row back to shore!
Fourth, the area we fished was both beautiful and productive. That was the most fish I have ever caught
in a single day. The weather was great as well but I am only going to give you half credit for that.
Lastly, and most importantly, I really appreciate you. Spending 12 hours with someone whom you have never met
before can be awkward at best and rotten at worst. You are a great host, you know your fishing and carry on a
conversation on quite a wide range of topics. As I recall, we solved a number of the world's problems that day.
